OPEN TENDER NOTICE
The Director, Indian Museum, Kolkata for and on behalf of the Board of trustees
invites sealed applications for the following developmental work from the
enlisted contractors of Indian Museum as also from legally valid reputed Museum
Developers having vast and proven working experiences in the field of Museums
of the country with their own establishment and strong infrastructural
facilities in Eastern Indian states and also with the accredited record of
having completed similar types of work of quality in Museums for the last three
years. All applications along with certified copy of IT, ST, PT clearing
certificates, Trade Licence, Bank Solvency certificate having turnover of more
than one crore in the last three financial years and all documents in support
of credentials should reach this office within seven days from the date of this
advertisement.
Details of work :
- Setting up of stone sculpture gallery at State Archaeology Museum, Govt. of West Bengal.
- Setting up of a gallery in Jaghivanpur Excavated site at State Archeology Museum, Govt. of West Bengal.
- Setting up of new key Gallery in the ground floor of new building of State Archeology Museum, Govt. of West Bengal.
- Setting up of new Painting Gallery in the ground floor of state Archeology Museum, Govt. of West Bengal.
The Director, Indian Museum has the right to cancel any quotation or all the quotations without assigning any reason thereof.
Tender forms will be issued to eligible agencies from 12.01.2006 to 19.01.2006
