OPEN TENDER NOTICE
 

Indian Museum, Kolkata invites sealed quotations with technical specifications from dealer/suppliers having prior experience of working with museums for supply and installation of few number major international branded portable computers on as and when required basis with minimum configuration of Pentium mobile provessor, 768 DDR RAM, 15” WXGA, MMC & AMC Reader modem, WI/FI, NSC, Power Socket with all necessary software and accessories including support and repairing facility at installation site. Faulty components under maintenance should be changed by new components having same quality and configuration. Dealers/suppliers are also requested to quote exchange price in words as well as in figure for exchange of old used portable computer with new portable computer having above configuration and specifications.

The quotation should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 14/11/2005. Firms are requested to quote their delivery rates in figure as well as in words. The undersigned will not be bound to accept the lowest or any particular quotation for which no reason will be assigned.
